It's because CC are desperate, but I must say it is very rude what they did on their action, I kind of am in favour of them getting DDoS'ed because the beheviour they showed (preying on a dieing community for new members, and their ridiculous donate model), kind of gives of the vibo of being really big jackasses.

No needto worry about Combine Control - CC. Their player base decreased by 70 % AKA - From 40 to somewhat 10-20 on rare accasions.
CC is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ already, they have massive issues with play bases, people are DDOS'ing them aswell.
Its utter garbage, no need to worry.
PS: the reason i know this is that i were a HIGHLY active memeber once on their community.
