If you join on the same IP that you was banned on it will ban any account you connect on

it was changed early as a joke because someone was "try harding"

cuz it says on the website my account but with a different name

Ban evade means you are connecting to the server from another account while your other account is banned...

plus, nearly all of my mutes i've asked for (as a joke)

its 2 seperate accounts, mine and my brothers we've played on the server at the same time.
and havent evaded any mutes/bans

Both of you have been ban evading on the server. you can now wait for your ban to expire. If you both didn't ban evade. you would be unbanned by now.
