We cannot judge whether a player is cheating on just a coincidental movement. As i can see, he turned away from the smoke, thinking it's a flash and must've clicked his LMB.

We'll wait for official announcement from CIS Rising (if there will be one) and if the match gets cancelled, or they confirm that he was cheating, everyone will get a refund.

To place a bet:
1. Click on the match you'd like to bet on, on the front page.
2. Select the team you'd like to place a bet on by clicking on it, it should become orange on the borders.
3. A form with two fields will apear beneath the teams.
3. Type in the amount of RDD (Reddcoin) you'd like to bet on the team.
4. Click on the button underneath that says "Bet".

All done. Now you'll have to wait for the outcome of the match.
Bare in mind, bets are final, and you cannot bet twice on the same team for a given match!
