Click on bookmarks, manage bookmarks, Add bookmark.

Address= ts.rebellion-community.com
Nickname = Your steam name

There is no server password so don't worry about that. Now click apply and and close that. then click on bookmarks and click on the new bookmark you just created! Congratulations, you joined the Rebellion teamspeak! See you soon!
