Generally matches are hosted everyday or every second day, or at least couple of times per week for now, at about 16:45 UTC - check the UTC time equivalent for your state: https://time.is/UTC

Many people ask for reviving SINGULARITY multiplayer. Here is the step to it: get informed on the closest multiplayer matches terms in the linked thread and join in - it is crucial that you participate, without it what you are asking for is just mumbling:
