There wasn´t any raffle with 16 slots , and also donators should have probably only small profit or any on raffle like that :)

Also , I use [Member:1 key - 13 slots , donor:1key - 16 slots] only on pretty expensive raffles .

Guys reason, why you cant never win raffle (if you aren't donator!) is because if donator join raffle they have available 16 slot (auto win)
