Recently I've met a scammer with a VAC ban

The story :
He added me without a reason , I checked his profile and saw he was vacced . I accepted his friend request just because curious...
After dat , he sent me a trade offer for my airwolf sniper. I knew he was a scammer because "why would a vacced person want an item in a game that he can't play anymore".Not just only sending me a trade offer , he tried to scam me via steam wallet code / steam gift card scam.After a while , I unfriended and blocked him.
Not only me , he scammed one of my friends
