EDIT Good morning! I see from the comments that some people are connecting during the scv_deagle5 map. That's a very simple map with some boxes.
What I've done is made it so anything in the map that needs to spawn a distance away from something else needs to add a keyvalue called "scv_constraint" to the entity. For example, to keep the two spawn positions apart I use this:
scv_constraint 3000 p_spawn_t p_spawn_ct
This keeps the spawn points 3000 units apart."
