No, I believe the FIVE second delay is the glitch. I timed it and it's a full five seconds, which is a scripting error. The jag needed the nerf to be balanced out with the stock wrench, and the rescue ranger was OP. I could keep my sentry gun up with a demo, solly, and heavy bearing down on it by mixing it with my wrangler. The Rescue Ranger is exactly what it should be, rescue, not my long range wrench
