We do have VOIP set up and will be putting those details up soon as well.

do you have anything set up for VoIP? or should we just use in game chat? i have a mumble server if anybody wants to use it

To everyone: RELAX. The raid will not be until FRIDAY evening after 8pm EST. I will send you all the details as they become more concrete. Also, if you join servers that we are in, don't say anything about raiding/warband to tip them off to our plans, as this already happened several times today ^_^
