No Spamming (Other server IP) Kick/ban based on what you are doing.
*No Home Abusing (Setting homes in bases, near bases) Removal of Home, warning or ban

We are planning on getting a new server, that will give stability to the server, hopefully to end the lag. We will do everything we can to hold the IP to the server now, but if it has to be changed you will be notified here.
