Added a bunch of rats maps, Ruskka, Vertigo, dust2_unlimited (much better than regular dust_2, and a Matrix map that has really high ratings.

We can start with the basic Italy, Piransi, ect. ones from the Free Frag server and then branch out from there.

I think we should have some decent custom maps, too, not just the generic dust, dust_2, office, etc. rotation.

Server should be up now. Wasn't responding because I didn't add the default de_dust map. Whoever wants admin can just contact me through steam and I'll periodically add people, and you can request w/e maps because I have no idea what to add.
