IP = Industrial Points

This is the basic level of managment, it attributes to the growth of unit capacity (SP) and units themselves (RE). IP is what will be used to grow a countries economic, technological and military levels.

SP = Supply Points

This is the capacity for military units, the more SP you have, the bigger tha army you can manage.

RE = Regiments

Regiments are the sole current unit type in the tier, it consists of anything you wish in character but there will be additions and modifications with tech levels that will allow for juicy buffs and skills.
