By being / doing we absorb data which is transferred into sensible activity for our brains. The brain does wonders and is what helps you to sense what is around and in your body, without it we wouldn't have life. Much like a battery, our body stores information which is processed and later distributed throughout a system. Every atom of you makes up a process which carries out particular roles to ensure things work the way they do, this became evident via light particles that have proven the existence of microorganisms using years of research and ground breaking tools. Yet even a man/woman with general understanding of the world around them experiences day to day struggles and anxieties, yet the truth lies deeper. Imagine yourself being birthed and witnessing the world for the first time under new eyes, surely due to this being your first time seeing light, first time experiencing what its like (to be), anxiety is nonexistent because you're simply too close to source material. Consider that as a child your life began cheerful, carefree, excitable, adventurous, fresh. Since this is part of your considerations, why today is it that you find yourself in crippling discomfort as the walls of anxiety are closing in? Acceptance, Grief, and Forgiveness. To first accept yourself for your mistakes is to see that all of life flourishes with mistakes, and mistakes are meant to be learned from, and not to fear the judgement of those witnessing your mistakes. Acceptance is knowing that you're only as good as what you let yourself become. To practice an art-form until your skills are unmatched, or to take a chance on something you've never thought of participating in. Grief, is to realize that it's okay to be hurt or sad, even angry and that there's several forms of grievance, all resulting in different outcomes becoming more and more similar as that particular form is practiced. Grief can be interpreted in many ways, the most common are the ways of someone who will cry often or someone who will distance themselves from situations often. These are both signs of anxiety but one more than the other. Most of all Forgiveness is of highest importance. To Forgive is to act as though things are alright even if they might not be. Things reach order once you're able to fully understand key points in life and aspects that are to be seen from more than just your eyes. Putting yourself in others shoes and being in relief about the fact that your life may not be as bad as you originally thought. Hell you could be unborn and have never of even lived to begin with, but even then how would you know what being or not being is like if all you've experienced is that of one who is alive. So how can one be without first Believing in ones true self?
