My upload speed is super low but am getting a good processor and etc, hoping i will still be able to stream without high pings and lag myself.

I am trying to get a custom made computer.

But I need your guys help with computer specs.

As am not an expert here...

Need computer for:

Being able to run brand new games without issues.
High Quality/performance for streaming
I def want a better freaking fps computer than 30....

Help me out here with cpu brands and all the good stuff please?
