It was quite obvious to me that this wasn't a problem with IWnet this was a problem between my connection and my friend's connection. After DMZing myself, disabling my router's firewall, forwarding the correct ports, turning NAT on and enabling UPnP I decided it can't possibly be on my end. I contacted my buddy and asked him for his IP adress and I pinged it, I then gave him my IP and he did the same. When I tried to ping him it timed out, but he could ping me just fine. After some trial and error testing he looked into his windows firewall, he saw that MW2 had an exception but looked further into it. Upon further inspection he found the culprit "Exception" was set to "My Network Only" when it needs to obviously be set to "Any Computer"
