All PVB servers have been discontinued. US East PVBE has been discontinued as well, leaving only the European PVBE server still online. PVBE is still being updated. And yes, people still play PVBE.

Its name is mrx i have links for the npc/model and music that should be played when fighting him. his ability would be to turn into his final form but his time in this form is only 16 seconds that way it is'nt overpowered { the one where he has two claws}. The clawed form will do way more damage than the base form
