It seems requiring blue prints to craft was too confusing for the last round so we're going to keep rare military but guns and kevlar will now drop instead of requiring a blue print to craft each time.

We have just wiped the main Rust server, as usual we're doing no craft C4... we are bringing back rare military this time and I've also added in a new 'safety deposit box' feature.
