It's basically dead- I haven't been playing JC2MP at all and I don't think anyone has been using the group. We could always try to revive it...

Some of the best times I've had in games was the day this faction was created. Flying in formation was so much fun. Is it still alive?

Factions are a bit of a mess right now- I hope they will have it worked out for tomorrow.

are there still factions? im flying atm dont kill me

If someone could set one up that would be great. I could work on one myself but either way it's a good idea. We could use the voice chat in this group chat room, of course (it's not nearly as good though).

Yeah you should make a teamspeak/ventrilo server for better organization :)
19 Apr, 2013 @ 11:56pm
Are we going to have a vent/teamspeak/skype thing going on? if not i would love if we could get one setup.

YEEEESSSSSSS

MHC is Mile High Club (floating nightclub); desertap2 is the airport in the desert with the bering in SP (the one closer to three kings), and cape carnival is a cape canaveral knock-off in the jungle in the east. P.S.: If anyone else has questions about JC2, I'm sure someone here can answer them!
30 Mar, 2013 @ 3:32pm
Oh yes, not to be a bother but could I please be informed of these names 'MHC' 'Deserttap2' and also 'Cape Carnavel'. It's just I don't really know where they are because I haven't been with the group oh too long and have not yet picked up on these code names. :D Ty

Hello gentleman! I've just joined the group and I hope I can be a good enough pilot. I really cannot wait until the next test is up and I can help you with these Heli-Copter ♥♥♥♥♥!

Hey Casimir! Just joined for a moment, want to ask you what is your faction color?
6 Jan, 2013 @ 10:06am
Yo Casimir, is there a way to chat with you in a more private manner?
Thanks in advance

I actually just finished college applications (even though I'm already in anyways, which is why I question the point of these...), so I should be on here a lot more.

I definitely agree with most of them; Lost Island and the SE corner are somewhat barren and I don't think we will be over there often, so I don't see the point of rallying there- that being said there may be that one time that we go over there for a clan war or something (there is a bunch of factions based in the SE), so it may be helpful. I do agree with skull, somewhere near but not at desertap2, and Cape Carnival.

I think it is just generally good for faction members to know where things are on the map- it helps if you get lost from the group or need to know where we are raiding/going.

Thank you Casimir III. I know it's mostly silverbolts.
The ralley points that are far away are only to be used if we get spread out near those locations. I think we should just use 4 of them. 1) The north most where the huge satellite tower is 2) Skull Island 3) The top of the hill by Desertap2 which we can even land at
4) Cape Canavral under MHC and possibly one ponit for the south east corner but it might get complicated for people to memorize them.

College apps take tons of time, don't worry man, you're prioritizing.
24 Dec, 2012 @ 7:58am
I do quite like it; I am just not sure what planes spawn at ice lake. Some of the rally points are also a little out of the way but I do like using skull island as a place to meet up- I think we actually did that like once or twice a really long time ago.
Sorry about not paying attention to the group- I was busy with college apps. :p

Slow is the discussion of this group, yes, yes.
15 Dec, 2012 @ 7:11pm
What do you think of my edit on your map Casimir III?
11 Dec, 2012 @ 11:48pm
Hey Casimir III, I love that picture you made to help get people up to speed with locations, I added my own points to your map. I think that it is important to have ralley locations to meet up at so that we can remain close together especially if anyone gets left behind. Also, we should share our knowledge about other various plane spawns which I have marked (there are a few more but I have forgotten) Also, I think that we should use ICE LAKE as a staging location if our base is being over-run or if there are just too many people there.
1) get your plane 2)Get over to the north end of Ice Lake 3) Wait for everyone to come
We should also take advantage of the other small military jetstrip and the civilian airport if we need to :)

I probably put too much ralley points, it should be reduced to around 5 or 6 so that we can know them by their number.

Wow Sansha! That is an amazing picture! This is what I dreamed of when I set up the faction PanauAirforce :D
I shall direct anyone I played with the last test to this group since it seems like it's off to a great start and is already being organized as I type!

We need to look into putting up some piloting rules. Like no rapid vertical movements, no shooting on runway...

For all of you who don't play JC2 that much or just want a bit more information on the group, here are some of our raid spots, our current base, and possible future bases.
26 Nov, 2012 @ 4:30pm
This one and the other northernmost one should be our "bases". I am making a map currently to reflect this, and it will go on here shortly.

While we're waiting for the next beta announcement, I'd like to nominate the Kem Sungai Sejuk military base (17000, 12000) as a potential launching point for any assaults of ours. It has Leopard spawns, a helipad (Upon which I'm pretty sure a Topachula spawns), a large airstrip, it's in the middle of the map, and perhaps most importantly, it's labeled as a military base rather than an airport- Which means there probably won't be as many douchebags running around it.
