Everyone should be able to create and edit announcements and events.

I made Kevin "Player of the Week". Get an avatar already.

This site may be a good resource for custom L4D maps: http://L4DMapDB.wikidot.com/ None yet, but the game just came out. The two featured already look interesting. The classic mall campaign, and one set on a tropical island.
