Mand Af Stal for an incredible 3 in a row comp win streak with insane plays:

First was grover with a score of 31 eliminations, 12 deaths, 15 streak, 56k damage and 68.5k healing.

This was followed by an incredible game as viktor with a score of 47 eliminations, 12 deaths, 16 streak and 146,671 damage!!

Last was a flawless 4-0 victory as lex with 26 eliminations, only 1 death!, 14 streak and 49k damage.

Had potg in all 3 matches too!

So well done!

Let's see who gets it next week

Well it's been a week since we were founded and I think we should have our first player of the week. It will be announced later tonight or maybe we'll just do it on a Friday. If you have any plays or group of plays that you think might win just let me know :)

If you want to form a squad by all means do so. The squad manager is required to keep his team members sticking to the rules whilst in the community. Have a laugh and a joke between yourselves but if you are going to make jokes that don't fit to our rules keep them in a private chat between yourselves or just out of the community.
If you feel you are performing well enough to become a recognised main team e.g Team C etc or another name we can all decide on then let an admin or mod know. we will probably ask you for screenshots of your performance history and will probably try to spectate a few games. If we do not grant you a promotion do not complain and be salty: use that as motivation to do even better to get promoted next time. If we refuse it's not that we're being harsh we just don't want too many main teams. If we get enough squads and teams we may run a community league between teams and may hold little tournaments every so often for fun.
Any issues within squads can be solved internally but if you need assistance just come to a mod or admin.
If you want to form a team for another game e.g CSGO, overwatch, rocket league, tf2, dota, SMITE etc just ask and we will discuss with you whether we think you should do it. We are nice and friendly and in most cases will grant it.

Right obviously we are a community and we need a rule set. Failure to follow these rules will result in warnings.
Rules:

1) No being toxic.
This includes banter that goes too far in our eyes

2) No racism or discrimination. There is no tolerance on racism or discrimination of any kind. If me or admins see any racist or discriminant posts, including jokes if we feel it goes too far or we get complaints. This includes Jewish and other religions, autistic or any other disability related jokes/posts and anything related to these things including bullying for lifestyle e.g goth, punk, emo etc (these are now recognised as a hate crime by UK law and I have a strong stance on these views)

3) No bullying. Bullying is taken very seriously and if you feel you are being bullied or someone is being bullied then report it straight away to all mods and admins IMMEDIATELY with the names of those involved. There will be an instant minimum of a first warning if we feel you are bullying and further instances will receive greater punishments

4) Be respectful. For example for player of the week nominations or for promotion to B team discussions if someone's submission is say, less impressive than someone elses one, or is in your opinion not good enough then there is no need to point it out. We want a nice friendly supportive community here where everyones achievements no matter how big or small are recognised and praised.

5) No spamming. Spamming is an annoyance and a nightmare for admins as we have to take time out of what we are doing to remove the spam which isn't fun. Plus it annoys other members. So please, don't do it.

6) If you can't attend a meeting to discuss anything from player of the week, any meetings scheduled for a community discussion for any reason or for a discussion about a warning you may have please let us know 24 hours in advance. With the owner being at uni and the coach/admin being at school we are both very busy especially the owner so I need to plan 24 hours in advance. If you fail to notify us 3 times you will be given a warning (details shown below in consequences) but it will only last a week

7) Most importantly have fun making friends and playing together


The consequences are as follows:

First warning: No action taken but we will be less leniant with things so you'll be more careful. If you behave for 3 weeks after the warning the owner and coach of A team will have a discussion between ourselves about whether the warning should stick followed by a chat with you from the owner. Should the warning be removed you have a clean slate but if you get a total of 3 wiped first warnings it will remain a total of 5 weeks. A further first warning after this is permanent so be careful

Second warning: Second warning can be given without giving a first warning for things like repeated bullying and being toxic. We have a ZERO tolerance on bullying. Second warnings are only given in repeated or what we feel is a bad case. If you're on A team you will be dropped to Reserves and not be able to play on either of the main teams for a week minimum. Squads are not managed by me so it's their discression whether to let you play with them or not. Second warnings are investigated after 3 weeks and then either removed or reduced to a first warning at our discression.

Third/Final Warning: Third warnings are given for many repeated offenses or extreme bullying or toxic behaviour. This will lead to a discussion between admins and owner about whether we want to continue having you in our community. You will be dropped from any of the main teams we have (we may form more or promote squads to a recognised important team if they perform well enough). All members will be informed of your third warning and what it is for. Following a 3 week period we will discuss again whether to reduce the level of your warning to second warning: third warnings are never removed straight away: only second and first warnings have this. Following this you will either be reduced to a second warning and then follow second warning procedure. If you manage to behave enough you may end up losing your warning status but we will not be as leniant and you'll be seen as high risk so might get more severe punishments for lesser things.

Following a third warning, if there is another offence you may be removed from the group temportarily or permanently following a meeting from admins and mods.
