I think both classes got a major boost. And will do nothing to over power each other anymore. They are still even. Always have been. Always will be, lol. THE ONES WHO SUFFER are going to be the Heavies that won't avoid The Direct Hit and Pyros who can't deflect fast enough. Scouts who can't evade multiple Sticky Explosions, etc. Its all the OTHER classes who will have a disadvantage. Thats from my point of view.

All Demo Men Got Was 2 New melee weapons And a More tactical but slower stcky bomb launcher The soilder has a pick axe that makes U faster and stronger wiith damage A mini Crits flag 4 him and his team And A Rocket That Does more damage 4 direct hits And has a scope So Im Guessing The Soldier Has The Better Weapons There Is More variety
