there has been a few members of PWS who were competing for the role of Vice captain... and my decision has been made , this player has been helping us through cla nies , and he and i have regular meetings , the player that has been promoted is... MacDeth .

but with pride , comes a price. he has to take complete control over PWS during the period that i am not avalable . and he will help make new PP for all members + unique sprays ... but that will be in another anouncement.
