99-100: Critical! Imagine the best case scenario and triple that outcome!
90-99: Perfect! Pretty much everything that you could have ever wanted in the action happened, and then some.
80-90: Excellent! Everything went extremely well, it's better than you hoped for!
70-80: Great! Everything went better than ok, you could even say very well.
60-70: Good! Everything went pretty darn well.
50-60: Above Average! Everything went slightly better than expected
40-50: Average. Ya, nothing really good happens, but hey, nothing bad happened either
30-40: Poor. Eh, not what you wanted, and things went a bit sour.
20-30: Bad. Uh Oh... that was not what you wanted at all...
10-20: Terrible. Oh... oh dear, things are not looking good...
5-10: Abysmal. Things could not get any worse than this! Oh..wait...
0-5: Critical Failure!!!!!! ...Uh.... Things got worse... Everthing's just exploding in your face and you wish you could just hide in a hole and die at this point. Entire military operations fail, your assaults get slaughtered and route instantly. Recruitment turns into revolt. Pretty much whatever gets this, dies
