I did this last year with some of my friends and wanted to do it here as well.
I'm going to pick 3 people at random in the OO Steam Group. Then I am going to buy them a game ($9.99 or under, for budget reasons) from their Wishlist during the Steam Holiday sale. From what I've read, the Holiday Sale should be running from December 19th - January 2nd.
I hope the rest of you do the same. If you can't, no worries. I'm still going to do it. Just make sure you are in the Steam OO Group and you have a few games in your wishlist. Hopefully, this will catch on.

OO is back up! Same site, different server/provider. Lost a month or so (go to the forums to read the whole story). Advisory that it may be bumpy for a couple days so if you do not get in immediately, or it acts a bit off, that's most likely the dust settling.

Apparently the OO Forum server has been lost by the (defunct?) hosting provider. There is a thread over on gamingtrend that has details. Sounds like the site might be back up in a couple days to a week.

Zenn7 here from OO. I have faith our overlords servants will get our forum back up eventually. (I mean, have you seen our overlords??? Would YOU dare to disappoint them???). :)

Been playing Dogfight 1942 and Syndicate. Finished DF42 main campaign. Cute.

I am starting to REALLY REALLY *hate* Syndicate. It has occasionally brilliant bits, but some of this is just... ARGH!

Ok folks, I've been away from the OO forums for close to a year, and haven't been doing much moderating with our group.

I was just reading an old post on OO about some possible problems with this being a public group and lack of active moderators. I'd love to hear if you think some changes need to be made (like a few moderators added?)

Thoughts? Comments? If so, have a look at the "To whomever runs the OO Steam Group" thread under the PC Games forum and give some feedback.
