I, Wind, retire from my position as leader. I believe to have done what is right, or at least tried to, but the role of leader is not for me. A lot of effort has to go into management and it requires a lot more people-skills that I simply don't have and don't enjoy practicing; effort that mostly goes unnoticed from the perspective of each team member. Managing the team, sit-outs, calming unhappy members, keeping the team alive, trying not to annoy people when poking them about new matches and their availability, trying to have everyone play a decent amount of matches and not sit out too often, doing the pre-match and post-match paperwork, etc.
Thus, I would much rather be a regular member.
