Alright guys, we're gonna make a small move over to a new group under my name so that I'll be able to handle all administrative issues and the sort with better ease. Reason being?

Well, the original group owner 4str4stamleatherbelt created this group for me to carry out the idea that I wanted to put into action a month or two ago. To do all that I would like, however, requires him to be around which as of late he has not.

So, now that I'm perfectly capable of making a group like I had wanted to do from the beginning, I did. And here we are for this move. The new group can be found here:

Gym Leader Positions: Sign up phase!

Hello there, its time to get on with creating the "/v/ Pokémon League", as was planned pretty much when this group was first created.

It's been quite a few weeks, so those of you who do want to be Gym Leaders / Elite Four should have finished deciding and training up your teams by now.

Needless to say before we can begin sorting out the roles and Hierarchy, we need to have a head count. Can those of you who wish to sign up please send me a PM, telling me who you are, and what your Team's type is, and what specific Pokémon you want to use. All teams must follow the rules, only one team per person, and once you've selected your team your decision is final- no switching from thereon.

If you have any particular concerns or troubles but still want to sign up, you should still PM me and we'll discuss it further. Any questions you might have will also be answered.

Deadline is 6/2/2010- so a week from now, basically. The quicker we get this done, the quicker we can move onto the good stuff.

EDIT : Theme teams are now off the table folks, type teams only!

As well as this, for those of you who TL;DR'd like derps, just send my a PM with your team roster (only need the species) and what type you want to represent. If you don't do this, You're NOT SIGNED UP.

The prize for the current head will be three boxes worth of Pokemon of choice, however with such rewards also brings with it risks. Should the current head lose, the head and his current second-in-command must step down from their ranks and hand down their positions to a new king which will reign over the Pokemon League of /v/!

The event ends at Febuary 14th 2010. Anyone who does not get one will be a faggot for life.

Poll for Legendaries

This announcement will act as a poll for whether or not non-Uber Legendaries should be allowed in the League or not. Only group members may be allowed to vote either for or against this topic and vote only once. This "poll" will be open until the end of this Tuesday and I will come to a decision on the matter based on the votes.

If the majority is against, no Legendaries will be allowed. If the majority is for Legendaries, both challengers and League staff will be allowed one and only one Legend on their team.**

So, Legendaries. Are you for or against it?

**Staff that adopts a legendary in their team must correspond with their Gym-type.

ALRIGHTY THEN, counting the votes from when I posted this until the end of Tuesday the 12th, the votes stand 12 against/8 for. So, by majority vote, the rule against the use of Legendaries still stands.
