Looking for novas to queue up.

Need guys that are semi-serious who don't goof around, must know call-outs for maps, can keep their cool, can't get salty, and overall be a team player. Honestly I'm tired of the match-making putting me with guys who give up after losing 4 rounds, people that don't work together, and people that get salty because the other team is chirping or something. They can't chirp you if you win the game so ignore that ♥♥♥♥ boizzz. I like to think of myself as a leader as well even though I can admit when I am wrong and I also respect those who are superior to me. If this sounds like a group that would interest you and you are serious about queueing then please feel free to join because I am ready and willing. The goal is to get a team that will be able to grow in ranks together :) thanks guyz
