General Rules
1. Don't harass or annoy other players. This includes being racist or purposefully trying to offend others.
2. Don't spam in voice or text chat.
3. Do not RDM (random deathmatch).
4. Follow all rules, if you have any questions feel free to ask an admin
5. Respect all players.
6. Please try to roleplay things out, don't just tell someone to kill you if they are mugging you.
7. No breaking NLR (new life rule), You cannot come back to the same spot you died for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
8. You must advert, this includes raiding, counter-raiding, mugging, kidnapping, etc.
9. No abusing fading doors, props, Wire, cameras, doors, and etc.
10. No FailRP (ie. killing the mayor and saying it was because they said you suck).
11. Don't use an inappropriate RP name, profile picture, text screen, spray, or etc.
12. Scamming during vendor transactions or any roleplay transactions is not allowed whatsoever.
13. You can not do multple adverts in one advert (ex. Hit accepted/ complete/ declined.)

Cooldowns and Interaction Rules
Raiding
2.5 minutes per raid.


10 minutes per raid on the same person/group.


You may NOT raid a base with a building sign.


You may not plant C4 outside of someones base.
PD (Police Department) Raid
10 minutes per raid.
Mugging
2 minutes per mug.


5 minutes per mug on the same person/group.


You may NOT mug in spawn.


You can only mug up to $2000.
Kidnapping
5 minutes per kidnap.


20 minutes per kidnap on the same person.


You may NOT kidnap in spawn.


You can only ransom up to $3000.


You may not attempt to propblock someone, they must be able to escape. (You can use fading doors.)
Can only keep people for 5 Minutes


Terrorism
10 minutes per terror.


Only Terrorists may cause terror.


You must advert terror before planting a bomb and it must be at a bomb planting area.


You can only plant a bomb at the PD (Police Department), Fountain, Or Movie Theater.


You can shoot people in the area after the bomb has exploded.


You must stay within the area until your terror is over.
Hitmen
No cooldown per hit.


10 minutes per hit on the same person.

Building Rules
1. Any keypads used must be at least 4.5 seconds long.
2. You may not shoot through one-way props (Props you can see through but the person on the other side can’t).
3. You must have a Kos sign/Line in order to kill someone who is in near your base.
4. While building, put up a sign that says "Building" to let others know you are not roleplaying. In this case, you cannot have printers, guns, or etc. in your base.
5. No floating or unraidable bases.
6. If building a megabase, you must have atleast 3 people.
7. Do not store printers, guns, or etc. in unreachable places.

Jobs and Groups
Citizens
You may NOT raid or steal.
Police Department
You can KOS Terrorists if they call terror.


Laws are only valid when there is a Mayor.


You can be corrupt, but you must roleplay as such. Another member of the Police Department may arrest you if they find you as such.


You can break NLR when there is a PD (Police Department) raid.


You may NOT warrant or want someone based on information read in OOC (out of context), but you can warrant or want someone if you hear noises through a wall..


You must allow players into the PD (Police Department) lobby.


You may NOT block off the voting NPC.


You Need a warrant in order to break into homes.
Mayor
No laws with the intent to cause FailRP. (ie. All CP are KOS.)


No metagaming laws. (ie. Kidnappers may not own guns.)


You must state the reason for a lockdown when you enact one.


You may NOT enforce laws or go on raids. (ie. Killing people for breaking laws.)


As soon as you are elected, you must make some laws.


Laws may NOT go against any server rules.


You may NOT warrant or want someone based on information read in OOC (out of context), but you can warrant or want someone if you hear noises through a wall.


You must allow players into the PD (Police Department) lobby.


You may not block off the voting NPC.
Mayor's Bodyguard
A Mayor's Bodyguard may only protect the Mayor, not partake in normal Civil Protection or SWAT activity.
Gangsters
You can KOS Mobsters if the Mob Boss agrees to do the same to you.
The Mob
You can KOS Gangsters if the Gang Leader agrees to do the same to you.
Vendors (ie. Gun Dealer)
You must sell to anyone that asks, but you are allowed to negotiate the price to what you want or ask to sell in a different location.


You may NOT scam.


You may NOT self-supply. (ie switch to Gun Dealer for a minute to buy guns for you and some friends, then go back to Mobster.)
Entertainers (ie. Radio DJ)
You may NOT mic spam, play irritating sounds or music, or be generally annoying. (ie. playing earrape music as a Radio DJ or playing random notes on a piano.)
Terrorists
You can KOS PD (Police Department) members if the Mayor or Civil Protection Chief agrees to do the same to you.


You may only group with fellow Terrorists.
