To all former players of NeverWipe, myself and a few friends have created a new server named The Forgotten Realm which is currently up and will be staying up for a long time. It will be ran very similar to how NerverWipe was and will also never be wiped. Please join in on the fun while all the good land areas are still open and available!! The steam group for the server is called The Forgotten Realm. We also have a teampspeak open to any and all players on the server, just ask a GM for the info. Hope to see you soon!

Server will be offline for 30-60 minutes for the transfer.

They have at least one of the crashing issues fixed and ready. Just have to wait for the next hotfix patch.

The reason for some of the crashes has been identified. Trolls exploiting a glitch apparently if no GM is on the server. I tested it, the glitch does crash the server.

As more alpha character login to the beta server and converted, there will be less connection and restart problems. Just going to be a rough few days for us i think.

Tree killing tonight, with less trees to load it will make movement smoother (less to load while you move around) and less to load when you login. Usually bump it up 5 quality each time and last tree killing was all under 20 quality, this time will be a little drastic and all under 30ql to help with the beta login troubles and help the server settle down.

Server is up, see Beta announcement. First connection WILL fail a few times, server has to convert the alpha data about your character into beta the first time you login. After that you should have no trouble connecting. While the server is 'hanging' converting you over, it may lag and timeout a few people in-game already.
