I'll just state that facts if the need arises and just admit that mistakes happen and no system is perfect. I won't be attacking anyone, but if it is a helpful example in a future case, I will make sure to use it.

Alright, I'll help spread the truth.

I am not really asking for help, the point of me making it is so I can say something without being banned. I just wanted to share my experience and vent. My main point of writing the story was so I could show that even though staff are on standby to help you, they don't know how. Especially kwas, who was another big reason for me writing the story.

I read it and am aware of the situation. It has been resolved, but you had to fight for your money. They made an error, we all do, and I sympathize, but there is not exactly anything more that can be done I am afraid...
