North American pride worldwide

The North American Union (NAU) is a free-association brigade new to Napoleonic Wars. The regiments operate independently of one another, though, they may cooperate with multiple things. An example could be that Regiment A and B train together whereas Regiment C trains alone, though, each regiment is in the brigade. Also possible is the regiments joining an event together and operating as the NAU instead of their respective regiments, though, this could be handled multiple ways. The regiments could group together as one line, form two separate lines that hopefully work together, or even perhaps one unit serving as Infantry and the other as Cav.

All members from the affiliated regiments shall join this group (regiment leaders are asked to remove old members from this group as well). This group will be used instead of the specific regimental group for purposes that will extend to the metagroup. 1 v 1s shall be handled through this group and during a 1 v 1 the various regiments shall function as a unified NAU. The teamspeak that is joined will depend on which group organized the 1 v 1. It is advised that the regimental leader who organizes it makes sure that the other regiments are free at that given date and may reinforce their American brothers.

All regimental leaders (and 2nd in commands) shall be appointed administrators of this group to allow them powers in discussions, comments, announcements, and adding/removing of the various members. The regular members of the group will (as stated earlier) remain in the group for the purpose of joining events interdependently with another regiment.

Members generally do reserve the right to serve with their brother regiments. If Regiment A has no event on Tuesday then members from A could merc for Regiment B using their regular tags.
