Hackers may not be trusted even though your friend. Friends can betray you and hackers can betray you 2x more. If a hacker tells you, "Hey I can boost you" or "Hey wanna get Max rank and unlimited ammo" don't trust them, it's a trap. I have past experiences with hackers, that and I was young and stupid and believed them and got banned 3 times and no I cant play those games.
