Hello, I am the IGL of my team. We are all very serious about improving, and have regular team practice however we feel we are at a much lower level than many other teams we face. We want to get good enough to compete against other amatuer teams and we are willing to put in the work to do so. Would you be able to help out by coaching us?

Juan was gracious enough to take me on his team at a local lan after i mentioned that I was in a slump. He wasn't rude about it and instead showed me every nade i would need to use in order to help the rest of the team out, even if I didn't do much. Even during the games he was giving me tips on where I should play or do. I still use those tactics and has actually helped alot. This guy puts his heart into teaching you, as long as you are willing to take criticism and learn :)

Also forgot to mention that he took his own time to watch my demo so we didnt have to waste time of going through it in the actual session.

In our first session we went over warm up routine as well as the ins and outs of T and CT side mirage. Very knowledgable player and very good coach as well will be doing more lessons coming up!

I started my coaching with Juan as one of his first students but it already felt like he had loads of experience. His sessions are organized and personal, meaning he will go over how YOU will improve in a structured order, cramming in so much useful information into the given session time. He watches your demos and makes notes about how you can improve for the future so I know for a fact he's not a "one session fits all" type of guy. This guy puts dedication towards his students and he can only improve from this point forward. Thanks Mexicanese.
