Though I guess what you need before this is a privately owned server that can run the service and ads to get the word out. Whats more you need to have employees working to keep the thing running day and night. Finnally you will need a method of making money, the best way is with ads. I know gun companies, weapon's companies and the like would be willing to pay money for their stuff to be adverised so people could by their products and tell other people about their company.
This will be an uphill battle as Google and Youtube want to keep any and all competition down at all costs. They may even send a smear campaign or sabotage the efforts of creating this platform. Yet if we hold on and keep together we can break through the barrier known as censorship and beat the Libtards at their own game.

In order for a video sharing platform to be made you need to have it independante from both the Youtube format and the Google brand. That way they won't be able to censor any of the videos posted.
