I would like to announce that I, Irkdude, am vice-owner of meows raffles. Effect, the owner of the group, is going to be taking a break from steam, until then, i run the group. here are my rules.

1. be nice to everyone, if anyone is being rude they will be temp-banned from commenting or talking in the group

2. no scamming! if i catch anyone scamming in this group that is an instant temp-ban from the group. if they do it after that, then they will be perma-banned!

3. Respect Admins/mods! they are your helpers and managers of meows raffles and i see no reason to be mean to them. if an admin or mod is being mean to you or abusing their power, let me know and i will talk to them.

Those are the three main rules of me. later they may become real rules. All i ask is that you obey them until Effect is back to being the group leader

I need all the admins and mods and officers to help me decide on the rules

my rules on the rules
1. they have to be fair
2. the others have to agree to the rules (this is not a communist group for god sake)
3. the rules have to come with a valid reason and a valid example of someone breaking the rule
