Can someone tell me what overstock means? Because I keep trading and they say that my item is overstocked

Yo there was a trade offer I found for the bot on backpack.tf but it doesn't have correct measurements and idk how much to tried cause it was like a 2 for the price of 1 thing and I don't even know what to do cause idk if it was a troll or not posting the trade link or something
