- It no longer drops (Hasn't since May)
- It is ridiculously rare in FN - the ratio is around 1000:1 or 0.1%
- Skins like the modern hunter have proved a skin doesn't have to look amazing to sell for a huge amount, just has to be rare in FN

Why? Well a few reasons. First off as far as we know for now it doesn't drop anymore.
Second reason is that it is a nice clean looking skin that looks great with stickers (and the usp-s is a default pistol so everyone wants a usp-s skin).
Finally and most importantly according to market values the % of FN's is approximatley 2% (14 avalable out of roughly 800 available Royal Blues ).
I think a combination of these factors and the fact that it is relatively cheap will make it an easy item to drive up.
