Summary of changes:

Serums: remove from loot containers & web shop/vip kits - only obtained from the lottery plugin. adds trade rarity.
/shop plugin: remove. Trade is practically non existent as is.
Raidable bases: Approaching & dealing with lag.
remove nightmare bases altogether, add more hard/expert variations - This will help reduce server noticeable lag when spawning bases.
Raidable base loot: some minor changes.
Skilltree resources multipliers:
(skinning, mining, tree cutting, harvesting etc) multipliers: disabled.
Use a x3 loot multiplier instead, this will mean resources wont be manipulated by skilltree modifiers effectively stopping millions of resources from being acquired in minutes.
This negatively impacts the server economy. Other skill perks will mostly remain active, inc multi rockets.(this is a choice perk)
Alternatively: keep existing skills & reduce multipliers significantly.
Reduced TC upkeep to -50%.
Custom npc's: change hp's to match vanilla.
Stack sizes (in the millions): disable & use vanilla, why? no need for excessive stack sizes, & skin/skilltree stacking issues.
Craftable recyclers: remove. not needed as they are at most monuments now also they sometimes disappear when placed.
Addressing p2w.
Web shop: remove all fast track p2w kits & items.
VIP & Elite kit merge into 1 VIP pass (single server pass or duo) prices TBC nearer the time. Server costs keep rising as a nock on effect VIP will need to increase marginally PA.
VIP retains current features & test gen, sentry turret craft + /kits but [resources are removed].
VIP is primarily a supporter package (transparency) helps with servers costs & map + plugin purchases.
VIP /kit continuation: this move is to:
Put a stop to resource p2w.
See that more time is needed to progress on the server & not finished in a day/set for wipe.
ALL players start with nothing (resources) upon wipe, no paid shortcuts.
