As of writing this, I have very little to go on, and there's a lot to be figured out before we start developing cool stuff. We need to figure out if it's even possible at all to create mods for the game.
I'm going to attempt to keep updating the group and sharing my research, at least monthly. you can find the blog at:

The blog will eventually contain tons of information to help you get started, and eventually (hopefully) we will be able to share content created by the community.
I can't say I know much about game development besides some basic C++ skills and making assets/animation in Blender, but I really want MNC to have some more content. As we all know MNC hasn't received an update in years and it's up to the community to fix that.
