Your want to be a soldier main, you want to learn how to jump first because it is why soldier is well known and can also travel fast with this technique, press the jump button then quickly tap nad hold crouch then shoot on the ground

The next thing you should choose is the primary weapon. Use the stock, don't use other rocket launchers(they all suck in their own way)

Choose your secondary weapon. In 6v6 or highlander you might want to choose the gunboats or shotgun above others, if you use the shotgun, that means your the pocket, if you run out of rockets to deal with the enemies attacking your medic, use the shotgun so you will have another thing to shoot people with. If you use the gunboats that means your the flanker, you will do all sorts of rollout jumps and surpris the enemy team and flank mostly. If you want to use the base jumper, pair it up with he airstrike, done... or else its useless. Mantreads, No. Banners, depending on hich situation our in to deal with incoming damage with resistance , minicrit to wipeout an entire team or just health regeneration to keep going, it s all up to which you prefer.

Melee weapon.
Overall all the melee weapons are good in its own way but the top 3 of them which i think its the whip (a.k.a the disciplinary action) is to help you boost teammates to the frontline it will be useful if you boost a slow person like a heavy or another soldier. Escape plan, use it to escape the enemy and then gaining health to get back into the fight. Market gardener, use its crit ability to prioritise your targets like a medic with uber or a sniper which is wiping out your team, just choose anyone with enough low health to die to your critical hit

Use the black box the gunboats and the disiplinary action

The black box allows you to gain up to 20 hp per time when your rockets hit someone the gunboats is for rocket jumping without get that hurt try to use that to ur advantage by rocket jumping when surrounded by enemies and the blackbox attacking multiple enemies allows you to restore more health

I know d a doesnt do much damage you it to boost another soldier or heavy speed to run to the battle field
