I made a salty mistake when making meatballs with some gravy the other day. The meatball mixture was fine, but I thought I could get by with normal beef stock (not salt reduced) and it ended up making my gravy too sodium heavy. Every mouthful was met with visible and audible disappointment that I didn't use salt reduced stock.

listen listen i kinda forgor, i cook it on a cast iron pan, i do nothing on it so i can get a nice sear on it, then butter, garlic and rosemary and flaky salt to finish it, sometimes depending on the side i do a wine reduction if i feel like it, as for you care uhhhhhhhhhhhh you did nothing therefore stay :3

Do you cook your steak on a grill, or in a pan? If the latter, do you do so with butter, garlic, thyme/rosemary? My sister marinates her steaks and then cooks them, but I cook mine in the former way—hot and fast for a good sear. Both steaks get pat dry and seasoned with salt and pepper.
