Dedicated Game Servers?

I could easily set up one 24/7 game server, if we so wanted, but it's limited by a ~1.2 mbps upload speed and an AMD Phenom II X4 910e processor. It may not be the best idea for a large-scale, intensive game, but it could run something like Terraria or small-sides TF2. Thoughts?

Processor: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_lookup.php?cpu=AMD+Phenom+II+X4+910e
Internet Connection: http://www.speedtest.net/result/1664103012.png
