To get metal cap you need to enter swimming beast star and ride dinosaur to door, not floor switch near door and go left then you will see tunnel to water fall and there is a final switch but water current is strong so be careful and be careful of flying red guy spitting bullet at you.

To get wing cap, you need to look up on sun mat in first room and press c up and control stick down then you will get wing but you need to dive down on castle tower for switch.
To get in visible cap you need to unflood the moat by enter basement door near hazy maze then stomp 2 pillars then enter door and get in hole near water fall then enter it and go to right and get past elevators and press switch.
