@Lucas.Maximus the problem is not gametime its content, you pay for content not game time if it was so some people would have payed 100$ for playing Pong, you dont pay for play time because play time is incredibly relative, it can be 100 hours of pure joy or 100 hours of tedious grind and for the content tynan offers for that price its not worth it

What has Rimworld, even factoring in the dDLC, cost you *per hour*?

I might make the argument tthat it might be one of the best deals in gaming.

This dlc is WAAAAY overpriced for all the content they give us for free in the 1.1 update, not to mention all of the new amazing stuff thats in the dlc for the reasonable price of $20 to further support and encourage them to continue making amazing content for their amazing game.

rimworld is decently priced. 30 € for a very succesful indie game is ok price. especially if you look on the average playtime of the people its more than most games.

you speak about dev finishing a game and then moving on, there is nothing wrong with adding expansion to the mix and expanding onto a game.

i cannot understand how you can think he cut out something from the game which was released 2018 ... we have 2020 now ... i believe people can work on stuff after its released. just pick it up and add some stuff.

@Kinzuko i have to agree with you on this matter, vanilla rimworld is laready somewhat overpriced for what it is and i think this latest DLC is a complete disrespect for the modders and their efforts, now we should fopcus on gathering members and incresing our volume so that tynan may realize how displeasured we are with his product

$60 for the full rimworld experience is too much. and i really like this game. i believe no game is really worth $60+ and that DLC is just ♥♥♥♥ they cut out of the game and are selling back to people or are them just trying to monetize small content updates or reworks. Devs should just make a game, sell a game, support the game with updates for a bit, and move on to another game, and let the modding community basically take over on the updates front.
