Have you tried puting "sv_lan 0" and 'heartbeat" into console, whenever i do a server on css or gmod it works.

Server setup is really hard. I have a friend that runs one though, BlackMajor. he could help.

Awesome. As soon as we can manage to create a useful enough TF2 server, events shouldn't be too rare.
