Starbound Server

After the last major patch I had to reset the server and delete old files to keep things organized. I am happy to announce that the server is set back up again. The server will not always be up because of limited bandwidth when playing other online multiplayer games. If I am playing Starbound the server will be up.

Starbound Server Problems

I have found out why we are losing information in our server. The server uses the same folder as the Single Player Game. If you for instance have nothing on planet X in singleplayer, and there is a MP world created on planet X. If you join the server in a certain way you can actually save over top of the persistant server environment. I have found some information on the problem and there ia a way to restore and backup our MP server information. I apologize if any stuff is missing. I will say as a computer and network professional "Why did you mix single and multiplayer files". I have also a password now on the server too.

P.s. The current Alpha was restored.
