While trying to port over my designs from 3 to 4 I have noticed that the United Earth components are not accessible in the ship designer. While trying to port the parts over from GalCiv3 myself I noticed that the files are already in GalCiv4 and I figured out how to make them accessible. I mad a bug report so that these useful part are accessible to all of us.

I think I solved it. For some reason, rather than opening in my browser, it was opening in-game and taking up so much memory that it was slowed down. now the browser is handling the problem. I just hope this keeps working!

Any way to shut of that 'synchronizing thing after every single new ship upload? It's driving me crazy, cause it can take as high as ten minutes until it returns to game.
