The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age was so good. Also the trilogy on Gameboy Advance was phenomenal. I think I put 500 hours in Return of the King alone. The amount of content and replayability in those games is just incredible for that time.

I second Battle for Middle-earth 2. It's abandonware now. The Lego games are genuinely fun, though really easy
