Seem to be a lot of issues going on with the server right now.

Keep getting disconnected from server when i get to close to shore. i spawned on a boat in the ocean started heading to land and get disconnected. my tribe mate has the same problem, so i dont think its specific to my computer.

Here are screen shots of players who have destroyed all of my crafting benches, Forges and dinos. I've found them shooting at sauces Passive quetz and trying to kill off dinos they could snipe. They even wasted all the materials to get to the industrial forge to blow that up.
